Delivery

  • Wine Club packages will be sent out from the winery in the third week of each month. All Wine Of The Month Club shipments are sold and shipped directly by the participating winery.
  • Currently, participating wineries work with Canada Post and ATS Healthcare. However, producers may choose to ship by alternate carriers at their discretion (ie. Loomis, the Messengers, FedEx, etc.).
  • CLUB shipments can be delivered to your home or office, as long as they are received and signed for by an individual at least 19 years of age.
  • Unless you advise otherwise, subscriptions begin on the 15th of each month.

Delivery Attempts

Different carriers implement different protocols if you are unavailable when they try to deliver your package.

Canada Post will normally leave a delivery notice with the time of attempted delivery and the address of a nearby postal depot where you can pick up your package.

ATS Healthcare will attempt to deliver your package once. On the first attempt, they will leave a delivery notice stating the phone number of your nearest carrier outlet to contact to arrange a second delivery. A representative from ATS Healthcare may attempt to contact you to arrange delivery and your package will be held until they are advised as such.

Please help to alleviate delivery issues by ensuring somebody will be home to receive the package or by having it delivered to your place of work. Business addresses are strongly recommended to avoid delivery issues.
